A symbol worn on the backs of Conservative Women and Conservative African-Americans. Used by the Media to aim barbs and sling verbal arrows. Most often supported with unverifiable inuendo, rumor or more commonly – lies.  Generaly worn by those that do not conform to the sterotypical mold of a  woman and or black individual as defined by the media and democratic party at large.
