Well, my friends, all good things must come to an end.

So it is with our escape from the weird  real world. 

The sad part of the story is ( as is usually the case) the ending.

It seems some sort of computer thingy (what the folks at American actually called it) on our 757 went on the blink. So they went out and got a new one, GREAT, but wait. the FFA or FAA or somebody had to sign off on the switcheroo. That took hours.We missed the next two connecting flights to Nederland International but luckily their is one more. The last train out of town as it were.

So, here we sit, waiting on Billy Bob to finish spraying the sorghum and swing by here to pick us up and drop us home.  Thats o.k. it could have been worse. The computer thingy could have crapped out in flight (probably the pilots i-pod) or we could be stranded in Newark. Been there done that.

So with that the story ends…almost. We still have to find a way to get our luggage on that Ag-Wagon!
