Amazon! Every thing from A to Z ( unless your a conservative

So Amazon with it’s infinite expertise in shipping and order fulfillment has offered those services to the Biden administration to deliver vaccines. That is an amazing thing to do.

But why didn’t Amazon offer the services for Operation Warp Speed and the Trump administration? The reason is obvious. Amazon put liberal politics a head of the health of this country and of course the health of its customers. A typical liberal response from Jeff Bezos, that techno oligarch piece of shit.

Just my opinion.

Welcome to Amerika

The New Democratic Socialist State

I don’t know whether to cry or laugh! Please look at the barbed wire topped, non-scalable fence and wall just put up around the inauguration site!! Put up by the very bozos who have been trouncing Trump for putting up a fence at the Southern border!

Why have they put up a fence in DC? For the very same reasons for putting up a border fence! That is to maintain safety and order, and to protect the people inside. I want to know what’s so much more precious about the safety of the people inside the DC fence than the safety of us everyday Americans inside the border fence.

The chicken hearted DC bozos think they are so danged special but they are no more special than my grandchildren. TODAY they are preparing executive orders to throw open our borders to millions of illegal aliens who will threaten the safety of OUR health, OUR economy and OUR lives.

Tomorrow, watch those two faced, whiney witches prance and parade behind THEIR wall of safety while, at the very same time, they throw the rest of us to the whims and wolves of illegal aliens!

Are you happy now?

These are strange times we are witnessing now.

For better or worse, probably worse, we citizens have become evermore reliant on “social” media to stay connected to friends and family, to stay informed of current events and present our own opinions and thoughts.

Now it appears that these platforms, that have been a standard part of our daily communication have become the social and political gatekeepers of what we should be allowed to see, digest and believe.

I never thought I would live to see the day when political discussion would be banned. Even our President has had is speech censored.

I’m afraid this great nation is on a downward spiral and only decisive and possibly extreme actions can reverse this trend away from our constitutional republic.

I honestly hope that is not where we are headed.

I pray that the processes that our founding fathers put in place will prevail and the men and women we have elected to represent us will stand up to the tyranny of the left and their accomplices in big tech and the media.

As I write this I am sure there are those that applaud the new censorship. After all, critical thought and diversity of views is fine, as long as it conforms to the liberal agenda.

I’m beginning to think the current dogma of liberalism is a disease. A cancer that has metastasized from at one point a positive movement for fairness and equality to a force for thought control and the destruction of our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

It saddens me to write this but I do believe there is hope. I still think we can have a nation where differing views can work together to make this great experiment work again. It may take a revolution. It may take new leadership, again form outside the D.C. bubble.

It will be an interesting few months and years to come to be sure.

Finally

First step

It was a tough year. If 2020 wasn’t tough enough with the pandemic and the politics, there was the weather.

Delta

Almost too many storms to count. Through October we had dodged the bullet. Then came Delta. The storm actually made land fall in Louisana but they were spared the worst of the winds. For the first time anyone could remember, the highest winds were on the west side of the storm, specifically at our house 😉

It’s only now, this week ( January 9th )that repairs have begun. Fences, three roofs, brick work and siding. Finally! It’s a process we know all to well. I mean it’s only been two years that we’ve been in our home since Harvey flooded us out!

So now there is a light at the end of the tunnel, at least as far as our home is concerned. As for the rest, politics, pandemic and the rest…..we’ll see. HCBC. JoDon
